If a student joins a class after the first day, they may not be able to log into Canvas. In this case, confirm whether a student is rostered by clicking People in your course and searching for them there.
If they're not rostered, they can still join the class Zoom: give them the Zoom meeting ID found in Video Classes, and have them join at zoom.us/join. Be sure to let the Online Instructor know about any students joining this way.
To get a new student rostered, email us at help@coursemojo.com with this information:
- Student first name
- Student last name
- Student official school email address
- Student SIS ID
We need all four pieces of information in order to roster students.
Finally, follow up with your school's Coursemojo site lead to make sure the course roster in your SIS is correct.
